Workout Routines for Women
Workout routines for women that include both weights are cardio is the focus of this webpage. Team Beachbody offers a few that I would like to highlight but PLEASE note that these workouts were NOT developed for women only. In fact, many men have tried both ChaLENE Extreme and experienced incredible results. (there are even men in the workout DVD's)
Women tend to like fitness programs that tend to their needs and fitness goals. I share these three workout routines with you because they do get more of a perception that they focus primarily on womens health and fitness. Yes, they are great for women and our needs but please remember that men can use them as well.
Workout routines for women need to offer flexiblity, variety, and of course results. The last thing that us busy moms and wives need is a fitness program that is boring, long in duration, and doesn't live up to it's expectations. Beachbody provides some amazing workout routines for women who do not have a lot of time but want to get into shape, lose weight, or just tone up.

ChaLENE Extreme
Get ready to burn fat, boost your metabolism, and get lean with ChaLEAN Extreme, the extreme workout system from Chalene Johnson. It’s a fact: The more lean muscle you have, the more fat you burn. You can lose up to 60% of your body fat in just 3 months and see visible results every 30 days, because MUSCLE BURNS FAT.
Chalene Johnson is also the trainer that created Turbo Jam. You receive 15 workout DVD's, a fitness and nutrition guide, a thigh toner band, and a body fat tester to get you started. You will start with the BURN PHASE, progress to the PUSH PHASE, and then end with the LEAN PHASE! Each of the phases are 30 days long and vary from workout to workout. Zumba is all the craze right now, but I wouldn't be caught dead in public doing it. most beautiful super models, even for Victoria Secret.
This total body workout program combines Brazilian dance, cardio, and his own signature lower-body sculpting moves to lift, firm, and shape your behind for a rear view you've only dreamed about.
I can't wait to give this new workout a try to see what it does for my Bum Bum (Brazilian for Butt) as that is probably my least favorite area on my body. Well, actually the entire thigh and butt region is my problem area and I can't wait to tone up there. The pilot test group experienced awesome results and I simply can't wait to get this in the mail and get started. It is workout program that includes cardio, sculpting, and toning of all areas of the body not just the butt. You even get a pencil with your order to test your progress and results after each 30 days. I'll let you determine that one on your own!
Yes, this does appear to be a workout routine for women only but I assure you that men will also find this program beneficial. After all, everyone wants to have a GREAT butt!

Slim in 6
Debbie Siebers, the creator of Slim in 6 promises to give you a more slender body in only 6 weeks! There have been many people that have lost up to 25 pounds during this program. 
Slim in 6 was the very first Beachbody workout program that I ever purchased and completed before P90X and I loved it. It is a great beginner workout program and one of our best workout routines for women. It is a introductory and light resistance program combined with low-impact cardio.
