TurboFire Review
Interested in TurboFire? Chalene Johnson, creator of the "Turbo" craze, recently introduced a new addition to her workout repertoire.
TurboFire is more than an advanced version of TurboJam as it was developed around the concept of High Intensity Interval Training or better known as HIIT training. This type of training has been proven very effective at fat loss because it burns body fat 9 X's faster than traditional cardio workouts.
I purchased the program as soon as it came out last Summer. I did so with hesitantly because I had never gotten into the "Turbo" scene mainly because I thought it was too "dancy" for me but I was surprisingly impressed and pleased with the program.
While the workouts are more choreographed than P90X and Insanity, you don't have to be the dancer-type to get results. I am addicted to the style of training because it helped me lose more fat in my mid-section and legs than other programs.
Chalene introduces the training style in the "New to Turbo" option available on each workout series so that you can get the moves before going full-swing while still getting a great workout. Each move is broken down so that you can catch on which I really needed.
I love the HIIT workouts that are shorter and very effective. My favorite was HIIT 20 because it kicked my tail and I felt like I got an amazing workout even when I was short on time.
If you like cardio kickboxing mixed in with a lot of great and up-tempo music, I highly recommend this product. You do not need to have a lot of coordination but it does help, I am not going to lie. If not, then you might not enjoy this program as much as other programs out there. The HIIT workouts are not as choreographed as the Fire ones so if you want to add to your collection of great short workouts, then these are it!
