My Success with P90X
I ordered P90X from an infomerical in March 2009 because I had just moved from the city where I had acces to a gym to a rural community where I didn't have anything to help keep me on track. While I had never done a home fitness program before, something about this program made me order it and try it out for myself.
Below are my 90 day transformation pictures from my first round of P90X. I lost a total of 10 inches on my body and a whopping 20 lbs. I couldn't have been happier with my results. Boredom never set in like it did before which I think is why I continued to "push play" daily. I also followed the nutrition plan as closely as I could but could have done better.
