About P90X Supplements
Not sure which P90X supplements are necessary to maximize your results? There are so many of them to chose from so let me help you determine which ones I think are most important to your success.
While Beachbody offers high quality nutritional supplements designed around the P90X brand, you can use others that are similar in theory but I would at least give these a try first.
You don't just have to use these supplements with P90X because they can be incorporated into programs like Insanity and TurboFire or any other program too.

P90X Protein Bars
Not your typical tasting protein bars and you will be suprised how good they
are. Newly formulated with less
sugar and more natural ingredients, there are 4 flavors
to chose from. I suggest the Chocolate Peanut Butter
that are my favorite, but you can get a variety pack to
try all of them at once.

P90X Results & Recovery Formula
This product is designed to help reduce soreness and repair muscle after hard workouts like P90X. It only comes in one flavor, Orange Smooth but if you remember what the old "Orange Julius" tasted like, they are very similar. I didn't think I needed this product but after ordering some and taking it, I was amazed at the difference in my soreness level. The Recovery Formula is also newly formulated with less sugar than the original and more natural ingredients.

High Quality Whey Protein
Not all whey proteins are created equal especially those you find at stores
