P90X Success!

I just finished the P90X program and I LOVED it. Overall, I lost more than 10 lbs, 11% body fat and 9 inches (mainly from my waist, hips and thighs.)

For me, the secret was in the variety of the workouts and the ability to modify to my level (although you need to be able to pass a basic "fit test" to start.) I tend to get bored VERY easily so I enjoyed having something different to do each day, i.e. kenpo vs. yoga vs. plyo vs. weights etc.

I was almost sad for it to end. Guess I need to do another round!

Bottom line: highly recommended workout!
