P90X Equipment
What P90X equipment is necessary?
If you have made the investment of purchasing P90X, then you
are going to need some equipment to complete your workouts and
maximize your results.
One of the downfalls of this program is that you do need P90X equipment but the good news is that you don't need much.
I highly recommend purchasing only high quality equipment because in the long run you will defintely be happier because they will last longer than most run-of-the-mill products. This will end up saving you more money in the long run.
Below are the pieces of P90X equipment that I would recommend. After completing the program 2 rounds now, I have a good idea of what is necessary to get results.

- P90X Chin-Up Bar
- Bowflex SelecTech Dumbells (Available through Amazon.com)
- Resistance Band Set (Multi-Resistance Bands)
- Power Stands
- Quality Yoga Mat
- Plyometrics Mat (could use for yoga as well)
- Quality Heart Rate Monitor (especially good for the intense cardio workouts like Plyometics!
There are of course several other things you can add to your
home gym to complete your program but those are
the basic necessities that you will need. If you do
not have the strength to use a P90X chin-up bar yet you can
simply modify all chin-up exercises with resistance bands
mounted (with attachements) mounted on any door frame.
