Day 1
My name is Justin Im 19 years young. I started p90 back in May 2010. Let me start off by saying I am a true believer this workout program can change lives. During Week 1 I was struggling heavily to do 4 pullups. Now in July, 18 pullups are near standard for me. My before and after pictures also can speak for themselves. I honestly admit eating super-healthy was extremely difficult for me, because I am a fastfood-o-holic. But I slowly cut out french fries, then ice cream, and soda. I cant tell you how highly I recommend this program to anyone truly! commited. I believe thats the hardest part, is "keep hitting play". I now have much respect to those who are graduates... I just recently got a cheap membership to my local gym. because I was actually to self conscience to go back in May. Thanks to p90x I have an amazing body and I feel 1000times better about my health, self esteem, and body
