A health and wellness business, especially in the home based
industry is one of the most popular for people to join. This
includes nutritional supplements, fitness programs, pharmaceuticals,
health books, and so much more. With rising health care costs and

In fact, in 2010, experts predicted that estimated this industry to be worth $1 trillion dollars! Since that time has come and passed, I am anxious to see what the final numbers are in the coming months but I am sure that they were met and exceeded beyond those predictions.

home based fitness DVD's to help people get fit and healthy. They
